Remember
Capture what must not be forgotten later.
Calm for everything you share
Zanuli is the shared memory for your household or small group. It remembers what needs doing, who is taking care of it, whether it is done — and what comes next.

One calm overview
Loose notes, messages and agreements keep demanding attention. Zanuli brings everyday work together and keeps the current state consistent for everyone.
Capture what must not be forgotten later.
See who usually handles something and who is taking it this time.
Let recurring and logical follow-up work return when it is needed.
Know what was actually completed, by whom and when.
How it works
Add a task, routine, shopping item or quick Inbox line. A name is enough to begin.
undefined
Mark what is done or bought. The next routine or follow-up appears only when it is actually needed.
For everyday life
From a one-off job to something that returns weekly, monthly or after completion. Missed cycles do not pile up.
Quickly add milk, bread or something specific with a quantity and note. Take responsibility for an item and mark it bought.
Use familiar moments such as today, tomorrow, this weekend or a custom period. Set something aside for later when it does not need attention yet.
Put a task on hold and add an optional time to check back. Connect a simple next step without building a workflow.
Capture a thought in one line and organise it later. Start with editable suggestions for home, plants, pets or bins if useful.
Look back at when something last happened and which shared actions were actually recorded in Zanuli.
Everyone sees the same state
Zanuli syncs shared work quickly across devices. The server remains the source of truth; realtime makes updates faster but is never the only source of status.

Even when you are out of range
New tasks and actions are first stored durably on your device. When the connection returns, Zanuli processes the exact same action without creating a duplicate.
The iPhone widget shows a relevant task from one chosen group. Complete it directly; if the network is unavailable, the action stays saved until sync succeeds.

For the people you organise life with
Use Zanuli at home, with housemates, family, friends or a small association. Share a single-use invitation as a QR code or an invite code. New members choose the name others see.
Privacy and trust
Zanuli is built around clear access and as little data as possible. Group data is visible only to active members. Zanuli never receives your password, and sensitive access keys do not belong in logs.
Export the data visible to you. Delete your account through a separate confirmed flow.
Zanuli never attributes an action to someone without a real user action.
The shared state always comes from the server and is protected by tested backups and recovery checks.
